FAQs
We use Shopify secure payments for safe and secure transactions. We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Google Pay, Facebook pay, and Shop pay.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12PT will be processed the following business day (not including weekends & holidays.) Priority shipping is available for purchase and cost is based on location. We do our best to estimate ETA but please be mindful that mail carriers and unexpected weather is out of our control. Processing time may extend during any holidays. Tracking information will be available after your purchase has shipped.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Email info@flourishintimates.shop with this request.
Please make sure the address at checkout is correct. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please email info@flourishintimates.shop. If the order has not been processed and shipped, a change to the address can be made.
Flourish Intimates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Items eligible for returns must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with tags attached. Flourish Intimates reserves the right to deny a refund if the items are used, soiled, damaged in any way (this includes any fragrance, deodorant, makeup, etc.) After inspection, you will receive an updated email regarding your refund, shipping fee will automatically be deducted.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, our underwear and bodysuits, including any lingerie/bra sets that include underwear of any kind, are not eligible for return.
Return requests can be made by selecting “Request a Return” and providing your order information.
We do our best to inspect all items before shipping to make sure all items are in pristine condition. If this did happen, our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience and please email us immediately at info@flourishintimates.shop.

We currently do not offer gift cards for purchase but it is something we look forward to offering in the future!
