Shipping Policy
- Flourish Intimates offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 and a $5.95 flat rate shipping fee otherwise.
- Orders are usually processed & shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase.
- Orders placed after 12 PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed over the weekends or holidays will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.
- We do our best to estimate your expected delivery time, but please be mindful that we cannot control the USPS, weather, or other unexpected situations. Priority shipping is available for purchase and cost is based on location.
- Flourish Intimates is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in the mail system, nor a change in address. When your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
- Once you have confirmed your purchase, we are not able to edit the order. If you are wanting to cancel your order, please contact us at info@flourishintimates.shop. We will do our best to accommodate this but cannot promise due to fulfillment times.
